Our firm was founded by professionals with successful careers working for major multi-national large-cap corporations. Each founding partner learned business principles from the ground up in local markets, and rose quickly to leadership positions charged with design of corporate strategy and tactical implementation. Our experience includes designing and implementing sustainable solutions for multi-billion dollar corporations, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

Our History |
Our founding partners had successful careers working for Global 500 companies. As they learned business principles from the ground up, managing sales & operations in local markets, their success allowed them to rise fast into leadership positions. Senior executives quickly took notice of their business acumen and charged them with design of corporate strategy and the subsequent implementation of those solutions for multi-billion dollar divisions of multi-national corporations.
Working closely together during much of that time, our founding partners quickly realized they were working with truly exceptional people – much different than others – in that they were able to shift between the details and the larger picture, identify patterns in complex situations, and anticipate & influence the reactions of stakeholders. Over the years, each partner had first hand experiences being a client for and dealing with established consulting firms. During those engagements, they saw a pattern of opportunities to improve client engagements and implementation of recommendations. The missing elements identified for those consulting firms were a lack of experience managing the business, insufficient depth of knowledge, and not designing true solutions - simply providing clients with only recommendations. Realizing the opportunity before them, a decision was made to act on their desire & passion to make a difference for companies, and they set out on a journey to improve the performance of clients by being true solutions providers, consultants that could leverage their past experience & success to roll up their sleeves and implement those solutions. What they saw all along was an opportunity to build something new and exciting – to build a different type of firm. |
